1. Inventory (database) of existing Montessori educational programmes for youth in Europe

We created a survey and sent it through various channels to Montessori community to get 43 answers back.  26 of these organizations have already established Adolescent communities, 16 are in the process of planning or establishing them.  Contacts to the schools as well as the answers to the questions will be published on the website. This will serve as a source of contacts, information and inspiration to anyone interested.

 

 

2. Methodology of developing and starting adolescent educational programmes – key pillars and processes of establishing adolescent communities based on Montessori principles

We base this methodology on the specific needs of youth aged 13 – 18, as well as on the knowledge that already exists. The methodology will allow teachers, lecturers and activity facilitators that include Montessori educational principles in their work, but also legal representatives of educational institutions, to gain knowledge of what are the key points, challenges and varieties in the process of establishing an adolescent community based on Montessori principles.  To achieve this result, we enabled teachers and/or youth workers from partner countries to attend special AMI Montessori Orientation to Adolescent Studies where they gained knowledge on how to work with the target group of youth.  Through a series of non-formal activities – seminars, workshops, direct practice, discussions – the participants get trained in the competencies that are vital in working with adolescents.

 

 

3. IT platform for sharing knowledge, know-how and experience in the area of Montessori adolescent education

This platform will function as a community space where information relevant to youth education programmes and inspirations will be accessible. It will allow for lively communication for anyone seeking information and experience. It will allow for project ideas and formats to be shared, it will connect adolescent educators with services they need, it will connect them with each other, organizations, information. The platform we are creating is meant to provide the people involved with possibilities of active contribution to the ideas found there. It will allow for and nurture the growth of individuals, organizations, and the whole network.

1. DATABÁZE VZDĚLÁVACÍCH PROGRAMŮ MONTESSORI PRO DOSPÍVAJÍCÍ V EVROPĚ

Vytvořili jsme dotazník, který jsme různými cestami rozeslali komunitám Montessori a získali jsme 43 reakcí.  26 organizací již založilo komunitu pro dospívající, 16 organizací ji plánuje nebo s ní začíná.  Kontakty na školy a odpovědi na otázky zveřejníme na webové stránce. Ta bude zájemcům sloužit jako zdroj kontaktů, informací a inspirace.

 

 

2. METODIKA PRO VYTVÁŘENÍ A ZAVÁDĚNÍ VZDĚLÁVACÍCH PROGRAMŮ PRO MLÁDEŽ – klíčové pilíře a procesy vytváření komunit dospívajících založených na Montessori principech.

Metodika vychází z konkrétních potřeb dospívajících ve věku 13–18 let a z dosavadních poznatků. Tato metodika umožní učitelům, přednášejícím, lektorům a vedoucím kroužků začlenit výchovně-vzdělávací principy Montessori do jejich práce, zákonným zástupcům vzdělávacích institucí zprostředkuje vědomosti o základních myšlenkách, výzvách a možnostech procesu zakládání komunity dospívajících.  Abychom dosáhli tohoto cíle, umožnili jsme učitelům a pracovníkům s dospívajícími z partnerských zemí, aby se zúčastnili speciálního programu organizace AMI Montessori Orientation to Adolescent Studies /Orientace na výuku dospívajících v rámci Montessori/.  Prostřednictvím neformálních aktivit – seminářů, workshopů, přímé praxe a diskusí – se účastníci školili v kompetencích, které jsou nezbytné pro práci s dospívajícími.

 

 

3. IT PLATFORMA PRO SDÍLENÍ POZNATKŮ, KNOW-HOW A ZKUŠENOSTÍ v oblasti vzdělávání dospívajících podle zásad Montessori.

Tato webová stránka bude sloužit pro sdílení informací a inspirace v oblasti vzdělávacích programů pro dospívající. Umožní živou komunikaci mezi lidmi, kteří hledají informace a zkušenosti. Umožní sdílení nápadů na projekty a formátů projektů, propojí učitele a vychovatele dospívajících se službami, které potřebují, propojí je s organizacemi, s informacemi a umožní jejich vzájemnou komunikaci. Prostor, který vytváříme, má poskytnout účastníkům možnost aktivně přispět k myšlenkám zde obsaženým. Jeho smyslem je podpořit růst jednotlivců, organizací a celé sítě.

Es wurde unsererseits ein Fragebogen erstellt, der auf verschiedenen Wegen an Montessori-Gemeinschaften verschickt wurde. Zurück bekamen wir 43 Antworten.  26 Einrichtungen haben eine Gemeinschaft für Jugendliche bereits gegründet, 16 haben dies vor bzw. befinden sich in der Planungsphase.  Kontakte zu Schulen und Antworten auf die Fragen werden auf einer Webseite veröffentlicht. Die soll Interessierten als Quelle für Kontakte, Informationen und Inspiration dienen.

 

2. METHODIK ZUR GESTALTUNG UND EINFÜHRUNG DER AUSBILDUNGSPROGRAMME FÜR JUGENDLICHE – wichtige Meilensteine und Prozesse für die Bildung von Gemeinschaften von Jugendlichen, die auf den Montessori-Grundsätzen beruhen

Die Methodik geht aus den konkreten Bedürfnissen junger Menschen im Alter von 13–18 Jahren und bisherigen Erkenntnissen hervor. Diese Methodik ermöglicht es den Lehrern, Vortragenden und Gruppenleitern die Grundsätze der Montessori-Pädagogik für ihre Tätigkeit heranzuziehen, den gesetzlichen Vertretern der Ausbildungseinrichtungen soll sie Wissen über die grundsätzlichen Prinzipien, Aufforderungen und Möglichkeiten in Bezug auf den Gründungsprozess einer auf den Montessori-Grundsätzen beruhenden Adoleszent-Gemeinschaft vermitteln.  Um dieses Ziel zu erreichen, haben wir den Lehrern und denjenigen aus den Partnerländern, die mit Jugendlichen arbeiten, die Teilnahme am speziellen Programm der Organisation AMI: The Montessori Orientation to Adolescent Studies /Ausbildung von Jugendlichen nach den Grundsätzen der Montessori-Pädagogik/ ermöglicht.  Durch informelle Aktivitäten – Seminare, Workshops, direkte Praktika sowie Diskussionen – wurden den Teilnehmern Kompetenzen beigebracht, die für die Arbeit mit Jugendlichen erforderlich sind.

 

3. IT-BASIERTER RAUM FÜR DEN AUSTAUSCH VON ERKENNTNISSEN, KNOW-HOW UND ERFAHRUNGEN auf dem Gebiet der Ausbildung von Jugendlichen nach den Grundsätzen der Montessori-Pädagogik

         Dieser Gemeinschaftsraum soll zum Austausch von Informationen und Inspiration auf dem Gebiet der Ausbildungsprogramme für Jugendliche dienen. Er soll lebendige Kommunikation unter denen ermöglichen, die nach Informationen und Erfahrungen suchen. Er soll einen Austausch von Ideen für Projekte und Projektformate ermöglichen, Lehrer und Erzieher, die mit Jugendlichen arbeiten, mit erforderlichen Dienstleistungen, Einrichtungen, Informationen verknüpfen und deren gegenseitige Kommunikation ermöglichen. Der unsererseits bereit gestellte Raum soll den Teilnehmern ermöglichen, zu den hier enthaltenen Gedanken einen eigenen Beitrag zu leisten.  Sein Zweck besteht darin, die Entwicklung jedes Einzelnen, der Einrichtungen sowie des gesamten Netzwerks zu unterstützen.

1. LISTA (DATABAS) ÖVER MONTESSORIUTBILDNINGSPROGRAM FÖR UNGDOMAR I EUROPA

Vi skapade en undersökning som vi på olika sätt skickade till Montessori-verksamheter och fick 43 svar.  26 organisationer har redan en verksamhet för ungdomar, 16 organisationer planerar att göra det eller har nyligen börjat med det.  Kontaktuppgifter till skolor och svar på frågan presenteras på hemsidan. Användare kommer att kunna använda hemsidan som en källa för kontaktuppgifter, information och inspiration.

 

2. METOD FÖR ATT SKAPA OCH INFÖRA UTBILDNINGSPROGRAM FÖR UNGDOMAR – nyckelpelare och processer för att skapa verksamheter för ungdomar med Montessoriprinciper som bas.

Metoden utgår från konkreta behov av ungdomar mellan 13 och 18 år och från hittills kända resultat. Denna metod gör det möjligt för lärare, föreläsare och cirkelledare att inkludera montessoriprinciper inom uppfostran och utbildning i arbetet, ger utbildningsinstitutioners juridiska representanter kunskap om grundläggande principer, utmaningar och möjligheter i processen för att grunda verksamheter för ungdomar med montessoriprinciper som bas.  För att uppnå detta mål fick lärare och de som arbetar med ungdomar i partnerländerna möjligheten att delta i organisationen AMI:s specialprogram Montessori Orientation to Adolescent Studies /Utbildningsorientering om ungdomar inom ramen för Montessori/.  Genom informella aktiviteter – seminarier, workshops, direkt praktik och diskussion – fick deltagarna träning inom kompetenserna som är nödvändiga för att arbeta med ungdomar inom ramen för montessoripedagogiken..

 

3. UTRYMME MED IT SOM GRUND FÖR ATT DELA RESULTAT, KNOW-HOW OCH ERFARENHETER inom utbildning av ungdomar i enlighet med Montessoris grundläggande principer.

Detta utrymme för de olika verksamheterna kommer att användas för att dela information och inspiration inom området för utbildningsprogram för ungdomar. Det möjliggör direkt kommunikation mellan människor som letar efter information och erfarenhet. Det gör det möjligt att dela idéer för projekt och projektformat, att föra samman lärare och utbildare som arbetar med ungdomar med de tjänster de behöver, att länka till organisationer, att informera och göra det möjligt för dem att komma i kontakt. Utrymmet som vi skapar ska göra det möjligt för deltagare att aktivt bidra till häri inkluderade tankar. Dess syfte är att främja individernas, organisationernas och hela nätverkets utveckling.
